Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
To proceed with a cancellation, kindly contact our customer service team via email with your order details.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may proceed with a return request once the product is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Change Requests
We currently do not allow modifications to placed orders, including product changes or address updates. In such cases, please cancel the existing order (if it meets eligibility criteria) and place a new order with the correct details.
